Share your CV to be considered when suitable opportunities arise through our employer clients. Joining does not guarantee an interview, and candidates are never charged a placement fee.

Your CV is uploaded securely — never through a public channel — and handled only for legitimate recruitment purposes.

Your CV is stored securely and used only to consider you for opportunities through our employer clients. We keep it for up to 12 months, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing consultancy@urithi.co.tz.

What types of organisations do you support?
We primarily support SMEs and growing businesses, hotels and hospitality enterprises, international organisations and development programmes. We also consider other assignments where our expertise matches the client's needs.
Do you work outside Tanzania?
Yes. Urithi Consultancy is positioned to support organisations across Africa. Depending on the assignment, delivery may be in person, remote or a combination of both.
How do we begin?
Send a proposal request describing your challenge, intended outcome and timeline. We will review it and arrange an initial discussion where appropriate.
Do you publish standard consulting prices?
No. Each assignment is scoped according to its complexity, duration, expertise and delivery requirements. Clients receive a tailored proposal and quotation.
Can you manage our HR function on an ongoing basis?
Yes. We provide outsourced HR and advisory-retainer arrangements based on the organisation's requirements.
Do you support recruitment only?
No. Recruitment is one part of a wider consultancy covering HR systems, monitoring and evaluation, business performance and hospitality operations.
Can candidates send their CVs?
Yes. Candidates may join the Urithi Talent Network for consideration when relevant employer opportunities arise. Registration does not guarantee placement.
Do candidates pay for placement?
No. Our current recruitment fees are paid by employer clients.
Can you deliver a multidisciplinary assignment?
Yes. Urithi combines permanent staff with associate experts and delivery partners selected according to the assignment.
Will our information remain confidential?
Confidentiality is central to our work. Access, use and retention of client, employee and candidate information are defined through appropriate agreements and privacy processes.
