We bring together human-resource advisory, recruitment support, monitoring and evaluation, enterprise performance and hospitality consultancy. Grace Shio
Grace Shio is a human-resource professional, monitoring and evaluation specialist, business mentor and organisational adviser with more than 10 years of experience. Her work has included enterprise development, programme learning, organisational systems, leadership support, hospitality operations and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Open University of Tanzania, and is a member of TANEA. Grace leads Urithi Consultancy with a practical belief: organisations perform better when capable people are supported by clear systems and useful evidence.
