Our experience grows from practical hospitality and property operations. Founder Grace Shio owns and operates Airbnb accommodation in Zanzibar and has managed Peace House and Tarans Home Apartments. This firsthand understanding of guests, owners, maintenance, operations and reporting shapes how we support property clients today.
Grace leads the brand with permanent Urithi staff and an emerging network of professional and technical partners engaged according to each assignment.
